What is preorder?

Preorder is a process where your purchase an item in advance of it being made. We have a set ship date when ordering and have recently updated our processes to avoid any delays that would lead to delayed shipping.

What changes to the preorder process have been made in Fall 2022?

Supply chain issues delayed us before but we have taken a few months to catch up and make new stock to avoid any delays affecting our customers going forward!

Why do we operate with preorder?

We are a small brand and only have the capacity to make a limited number of garments. By offering preorder we can ensure we are making the right quantities of the sizes our customers need without excess product.

How long does it take make items preordered?

While we will offer a ship date at time of purchase, in general items take about 1-8 weeks to make. This amount of time is due to our small team of and the complexity of our designs.

What are our future plans with preorder?

We do not plan on eliminating preorder but as our brand grows we would like to constantly have items from our House Collection (these are our base line that is not limited edition for the season) in stock such as the Silk and Satin Mademoiselle Skirts. We also plan to offer custom sizing via preorder in the future.
